Will we need to re-unlock all the skills in order to use them for a pvp character? or will we just plain not be able to make a level 20 pvp character?

you will be able to make a lvl 20 character, but you will have to unlock all the skills you want to use with it.

What I'm assuming he is asking, is about because he played in the Beta, will all the skills be unlocked that he obtained? I believe that unlocked skills are tied to your account. So if that's the case, then no, you won't have to re-unlock them.

sorry but your character will be stripped of everything but his/her name
you start over with a complete reset

EDIT

however whatever you accomplish on the 27th early play time for preorders will be kept

Since Anet has said they dont want anyone to start with an advantage (getting rid of guild capes and halls) I cant see them letting you keep unlocked skills. My guess is they will be wiped along with everything else.

You'll need to unlock all the skills for your PvP characters. The "Unlock all skills for beta weekend" option will not be available.

All you need to do to unlock a skill is aquire it on any character. Even after you delete that character, it remains unlocked.

i know that but my question was if it remained unlocked from the last beta event.
